Payment Policy:
We require that all requests be confirmed with notice of payment within 48 hours, all reservations that have not confirmed with their payment will be canceled after 72 hours.
Long-term Reservations
(30-day increments)
Require first and last month’s rent and notice of payment within 14 days from making your request.
Cancelation and Modification Policy:
All reservation cancelations and modifications need to be done by email, and need to be from the email listed on your file which you provided when requesting a site.
There are no refunds or credit for early departures or late check-ins.
If you need to modify this reservation’s date, you will be charged the cost equivalent of the first night of each site that you will be modifying. Please note your payment guaranteed the original reservation dates and site only.
If you are forced to cancel this reservation or part of fourteen or more days before your arrival date, we will refund (minus the cost equivalent of the first night of each site) within 30 days from receiving your cancelation request via email. If you wish to have a credit for the cancelation then the terms we be as stated below for credit.
If you are forced to cancel this reservation or part of 13 days or less prior to your arrival a credit will be held (minus the cost equivalent of the first night of each site canceling) for 1 year from the start date of the original reservation. When the credit is used on the secondary reservation(s) and canceled the credit is returned to the original reservation (minus the fees) and its original expiration dated is used. If the secondary request is canceled 14 days or more in advance please note that the credit is nonrefundable and is returned to its original reservation (minus the fees) and its original expiration date and any remaining monies after fees will be refunded.
Refund checks are sent to the address provided on your reservation request. No cash refunds.
